Parents
Parents and families are a vital part of the Twyford St Mary’s community.
In this section you should be able to find all the information you need about the day-to-day at Twyford St Mary’s, including:
- New parents’ guide to the school day,
- Information about our Wraparound Care,
- Details of our Curriculum Enrichment programme,
- Term dates, news, and upcoming events,
- School lunches, online payments,
- Useful forms, and more.
Families are encouraged to take part in their child’s learning, and we welcome parents and carers to discuss any aspect of their child’s life at school.
We have ensured that we have regular, formal touchpoints throughout the school year where parents and carers can view books, talk to teachers, or watch children in action in sports, music, drama, and other curriculum enriching activities. You can find details of these here.
However, we understand that sometimes parents and carers want to meet directly with class teachers. You will usually be able to catch your child’s class teacher at the daily 3.30pm pick up in the top playground. Please simply wait until all children have been released and they will be happy to talk to you.
Alternatively, you can contact the school at any time by email and ask for a call back or an in-person meeting with your child’s class teacher, which we will look to arrange as soon as possible.
