Wraparound Care

We are delighted to be able to offer a much-loved Breakfast and After School Club –  ‘The Clubhouse’  – wraparound care service on Monday to Thursday, every week of the school term.

Session details

Breakfast Clubhouse sessions are one hour, running Monday to Thursday, from 7.45am to 8.45am in The School Hall, and includes cereal or toast and fruit.

A Breakfast Clubhouse session costs £6 per child.

After School Clubhouse offers two one-hour sessions and runs Monday to Thursday, 3.30pm to 4.30pm, and 4.30pm to 5.30pm in The Orchard and Outside Play Areas. These sessions include a healthy snack. You are welcome to book both sessions for your child.

Each one-hour After School Clubhouse session costs £6 per child.

Staff

The Clubhouse is run by Heidi Newell, Kate Larden, and Sylvia Turnbull with support from Ed Hawkes.

Booking

All sessions can be booked and managed through the Online Payment System ScoPay   Please note if you find you cannot book online, we have either filled our maximum of 10 spaces, or the booking window of 48 hours in advance is now closed. Please contact the school office if this is the case as there may be availability, or you can join the waiting list in case of cancellations.

Cancellations

Provided that 48 hours notification is given you will not be charged for any sessions your child does not attend. We cannot refund any  sessions cancelled within 48 hours of your booking unless the space can be filled.
